To provide high quality community support to our Vulnerable Homeless persons on the street or in local shelters, as and when they need it. Our ultimate mission is to help them achieve independence and fulfilment by transforming their lives.

We offer medical, clothing, food and other assistance to homeless veterans, and the whole of homeless community

Medical/Outreach

We have a number of NHS Nurses, Junior Doctor, Paramedic and TWO Matrons, on our Medical and Outreach support staff.

We go to a set number of locations in and around Newcastle and Stoke on Trent area, supporting and looking after our services users on the streets in our Welfare Van or in the local Homeless and community centres.​

We assess and sort many of our service user medical issues or we advise them to seek more care and engage with them to take care of their health.
