There are so many reasons to join our sessions. Learn a range of new skills, strategies and ways of supporting your family, plus you can enjoy meeting other parents and their children.

All of our sessions are FREE – we are funded by Lottery Community Fund, so there is no cost to you.

Each of our sessions have a theme, such as bedtime routines, dental hygiene, self-esteem, behaviour and boundaries, etc, and follow a session plan of parent/child activities lead by a Sessional Lead and Support Worker.

Sessions include a mixture of fun, hands-on activities, music and movement, book reading and more!
