Preparing young people for job interviews

This project was set up in 2016 and focuses on delivering employability workshops and mock interviews for secondary school students (years 10 to 13). Volunteers with an experience of work pass on their skills to the students to increase their self-confidence and to prepare them for their lives after school.

Between 12 and 15 sessions are delivered to about 8 schools per year. Over 1500 students benefit from this project each year through the support of 80 volunteers.
