Redfern's Cottage features 5 museum galleries that chart the story of Uttoxeter from a small Saxon settlement to the modern town of today.

The ground floor is fully accessible including our toilet.
We have four galleries on the ground floor as well as our garden and coffee area.
We have activities for children throughout the museum and learning aides suitable for everyone. Visually impaired visitors can ask for any assistance they require with orientation and reading information.

Redfern’s Cottage gift shop are proud to support a wide variety of local makers, authors and poets with a variety of reasonably priced handmade gifts to suit all tastes. The shop also stocks a wonderful range of exclusive Uttoxeter branded ceramics and gifts as well as local history books, cards and post cards.
Redfern's Cafe
We are delighted to announce our new café which will allow visitors to relax in our new glass and oak extension, taking in exhibitions and our newly designed courtyard garden over a cup of Fairtrade tea or coffee.
