We are a new and innovative Shared Lives Scheme developing across Dudley Borough and the wider surrounding areas. Our Berith & Camphill Partnership based in Stourbridge acts as a hub to a new network of Shared Lives arrangement within the local community, providing opportunity to access established resources and social events. As a starting point, Shared Lives is sometimes described a bit like 'foster care for adults' but its so much more than that as we enable people to take control and make their own choices in life to maximise independent. So everyone can be supported to lead an ordinary life at the heart of the community just like you and I.
