Giving you the opportunities you need to lead the life you want! We are a face-to-face social support network set up and based in the local town of Stafford. Our aim is to help people improve their mental health and social health by offering a wide range of simple and easily accessible activities in their local community.
We offer a wide range of social and emotional support catered around the needs and desires of those members accessing our service. Activities include coffee mornings, art groups, mental health and wellbeing groups, and bereavement and loss. The word activity is used here in the loosest way, as it is not important whether a member gets involved in the activity or not, it is turning up and being around others and socialising that counts, we realise how difficult this can be and so we ensure there is no pressure, members can take their time to build their confidence at their own pace.
Our service is all about improving health and wellbeing and maintaining recovery and having regular access to positive social support can help people to achieve that.
Monday to Friday, drop in as well as programme packed full of community based activities, groups and events.
