- Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness, you take it as easy or as full-on as you like.

- This class is taught by our main dance & music artist, Mika.

- We'll explore a range of Brazilian carnival styles and social dance traditions.

- The class includes a warm-up to mobilise the body and boost circulation, and a cool down and stretch.

- There's no pressure to get the steps right, just enjoy the chance to dance for yourself.
