We work to break down barriers, whether they are social, emotional, physical or psychological, building self esteem in a way that may not be achieved through other mediums. Horse riding has been reviewed not only for its physical benefits, but also for its social and mental health benefits.

Gartmore RDA group provides riding lessons, themed & sensory courses, social coffee morning and training in all aspects of equitation, e.g. stable management, for disabled and able bodies riders alike. More recently, the group has expanded into outdoor education with the addition of a sensory trail.
