Alice Charity helps to move families in crisis forward from a dark place to a brighter future. Our flexible and respectful services are available to any Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme family.
Alice Charity provides a range of service including:
*Lean In - one-to-one support through home visits and telephone calls providing emotional support, accompanied by signposting, skills development and reducing feelings of social isolation and improving mental health.
*Big Cup play sessions - free play sessions for under 4 year olds to give children in need a chance to play, develop social skills and tackle social isolation. Parents experience improved mental as a result of reduced isolation and the support offered at Big Cup groups.
*Bump and Beyond - supporting new parents and parents-to-be with baby equipment and emotional support during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.
*Little Kindness - gives the urgently needed support not covered by our other projects. And often helps desperate, local families in unimaginable and immediate ways.
*Peoples Pantry - food bank in the community and in several primary schools providing a 3-day emergency food packages including toiletries, baby supplies and daily essentials.
