Belgrave Community Allotment and Garden is an RHS award winning horticultural and gardening (not for profit) teaching and learning project. In 2023 BCA&G received recognitions and endorsements, a showing on BBC2 Gardeners World, received the highest awards from the RHS Its Your Neighbourhood/Heart of England in Bloom. featured as a Case Study on Eden Project Communities, Cornwall's website.
Multi-generational groups undertake a wide range of activities. Since the project's creation in 2015, BCA&G's ethos is to bring the community together, to learn new skills in horticulture and gardening from each other.

Under our 'Ground to Table Project' started in 2023, we sow, grow and share the organic food harvested to improve our health and physical wellbeing by eating and cooking fresh food, build community, alleviate loneliness and social isolation.
We are very proactive in protecting our environment and wildlife and practice various examples of eco-friendly Climate Change activities in place i.e. reuse and recycle-turning wood/metal into functional uses, composting all materials, solar panels irrigation and rainwater harvesting.
