We use the power and passion of the Football Clubs assets to make a positive difference to the health, wellbeing and life outcomes to those participants who engage in the programme and activities. All sessions provide a wonderful platform to reduce barriers for people to participate in whilst promoting quality, diversity and inclusion in our community.
