Our Services 🤝We offer a variety of services to help you socialize, explore, and feel part of a community: Supportive Companionship: Our trained Companions provide one-to-one support to combat loneliness and brighten your day through meaningful conversations and shared activities.

Appointment Companion: A Companion can assist you with travel and provide support and confidence during important appointments.

Getting Out and About: We offer enjoyable and safe day trips and group outings to local attractions and events with the support of our friendly team.

Wellbeing Activities: We provide uplifting sessions and workshops designed to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being, including light movement and creative activities.

Domestic Companion: Our Companions can offer domestic support, enabling meaningful communication and supportive movement while helping with basic household tasks.

Local Social Events: We host regular community events with music, laughter, and themed days to ensure everyone feels welcome and included.

Support & Signposting: Our Companions can also guide you to trusted local services and helpful resources.

We are a Community Interest Company, which means we reinvest any surplus we make back into our services to benefit the community we serve.
